Through his personal interpretations of ingredients and flavour combinations, The Al Qaisi family has forged a style of their own.

They absorbed Levant cultural heritage and that of the chefs with whom the Al Qaisi family trained, and now follows the founder’s intuition as he draws on the local culture on both sides of the borders.

Inspired by the sea, the mountains and the fruit and vegetables grown, the team invents colourful, pictorial dishes that play with textures and bold contrasts.
